General Building Contract: Leonid completed a loft conversion and ground floor extension (rear and side return) in 2015. The work was done to an extremely high quality, was done meticulously and promptly, and there was a good level of communication throughout the build. Leonid is very practical, able to deal with unforeseen issues (offering good solutions) and flexible. Snagging issues were dealt with promptly, along with warranty issues. The extension has stood the test of time and 3.5 years on we continue to be delighted with the work he did for us. I’d be very happy to expand on this further on the phone.
